General:

1. Shipping Costs: Shipping is FREE all over India.

2. Stock availability: While we strive for accuracy, occasional discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will fulfill available products and offer the option to wait for backordered items or receive a refund

3. Return product: Return Due To Change Of Mind: Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are returned in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Delivery Terms:

1. Transit Time Domestically: Domestic shipments typically take 3 – 8 days.

2. Transit Time Internationally: International orders usually arrive within 5 – 21 days, depending on the selected courier.

3. Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days. Our warehouse operates Monday – Saturday, except on national holidays.

4 Change Of Delivery Address: Delivery addresses can be changed before dispatch.

5. P.O. Box Shipping: We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.

6. Items Out Of Stock: Out-of-stock items will be refunded, and the rest of the order dispatched.

Order Tracking:
