We gladly accept returns because customer satisfaction is our priority. While we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products, if you need to return an order, we’re here to assist you.

Return & Refund Process

  1. Initiate a return request through contact us https://autoss.in/contact/
    Send the returned order via India Post to the following address: Autoss Spares Store 1859, First Floor, Gali No. 47, Naiwala, Karol Bagh, Delhi-110005, India.
  2. Your refund will be processed on the same day after a quality check. Please allow 10-12 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, in accordance with standard banking procedures. Terms & Conditions: Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:
  • The product does not match with your vehicle , or an incorrect/damaged product was delivered.
  • Change of mind after product dispatch or receipt by the customer is not a valid reason for return.
  • For incorrect product orders by the customer, shipping and handling charges will be deducted.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of order receipt. Requests made after this period will not be processed.
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of return request acceptance.
  • Orders returned to our warehouse after 12 days from the date of return request acceptance will not be eligible for a refund.
